Scrum Master, Product Owner and BA roles in the UK
UK employers hire for Agile delivery roles across financial services, retail, telecoms, consultancies and the public sector. Job titles vary: the same work is often advertised as Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst, so it pays to search for all of them.
Government digital teams follow the GOV.UK Service Manual, which describes agile delivery through discovery, alpha, beta and live phases, with roles such as delivery manager, product manager and business analyst. If you are aiming at public-sector teams or their suppliers, expect interview questions on those phases as well as on Scrum events.
Many UK Agile roles are offered as day-rate contracts as well as permanent jobs. Either way, hiring managers tend to probe for real delivery examples — how you ran a sprint review, handled a blocked dependency or refined a messy backlog — rather than certificates alone. The live-project mentorship is designed to give you those examples.
How the class times fit a UK working day
All batches are scheduled in India Standard Time (IST), which is 4 hours 30 minutes ahead of the UK during British Summer Time and 5 hours 30 minutes ahead in winter. The table above already applies the clock change, so a cohort that runs across late October shows both times.
The evening India mentorship batch lands in the UK afternoon on weekdays, while the morning India batch falls in the middle of the UK night — so most UK learners choose the evening batch. Every mentorship class is recorded, and you can rejoin the next batch free if work gets in the way.
SAFe® workshops run on Saturday and Sunday, 1:00–9:00 PM IST. In the UK that is an ordinary daytime slot (8:30 AM–4:30 PM in summer, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM in winter), so you can complete a certification over one weekend without taking leave.
How live online classes work from the UK
Classes run live over video, with the trainer working on a real JIRA board. You build and run the project on your own laptop, take on Scrum Master or Product Owner duties in simulated sprint events, and get feedback in a small cohort of about 4–6 learners.

Is the SAFe® exam fee included for UK learners?
Yes. The £420 fee for SAFe® Agilist, POPM and SAFe® Scrum Master includes the certification exam fee, 16 hours of live SPC-led training and exam preparation. Past batches have a 99% first-attempt pass rate.
Do I need a CSM or PSM certificate for Scrum Master jobs in the UK?
UK job adverts often list CSM, PSM or SAFe® as desirable, but interviews focus on how you have applied Scrum. Our live-project mentorship is not a certification — it gives you hands-on practice and real examples, and many learners pair it with a certification. We do not currently run CSM or PSM courses.
