Dubai and Abu Dhabi host the regional headquarters of many international companies, as well as large banks, airlines, telecoms, real-estate groups and government entities with ambitious digital programmes. Agile delivery roles appear across banking, aviation, telecoms, e-commerce and government technology.

Job titles in the UAE mix Agile and traditional project language: you will see Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst and Project Manager, sometimes for the same kind of work. Many adverts list a certification such as PMP, CSM or SAFe®, but interviews still probe for hands-on delivery examples.

Large organisations in the region often run several Agile teams inside one programme, so SAFe® knowledge — PI Planning, Agile Release Trains and cross-team dependencies — is a useful addition once your hands-on Scrum skills are in place.

How the class times fit a UAE day

Batches are scheduled in India Standard Time (IST), which is only 1 hour 30 minutes ahead of the UAE. Neither country uses daylight saving, so the times below stay the same all year.

The evening India mentorship batch is a 6:00–7:30 PM class in the UAE — right after work — so most UAE learners choose it. The early India batch runs 5:30–7:00 AM, which suits early risers. Every mentorship class is recorded, and you can rejoin the next batch free.

SAFe® weekend workshops run 1:00–9:00 PM IST on Saturday and Sunday, which is 11:30 AM–7:30 PM in Dubai and Abu Dhabi — a daytime slot across the UAE weekend.

How live online classes work from the UAE

Every class is live on video with the trainer on a real JIRA board — join from Dubai, Abu Dhabi or anywhere in the Emirates. You set up and run the project on your own laptop, act as Scrum Master and Product Owner in simulated sprint events, and get personal feedback in a small cohort of about 4–6 learners.
